There was a girl tailor in Flanders

Who often entraptured bystanders

With sewing advice

to make clothing nice

and fit to the curve that meanders.

I specialize in late medieval (14th and 15th century) tailoring (patterning, fitting, sewing, finishing, and related crafts such as weaving & braiding), and in garment research, most especially that of women in early 15th Century France. I have an interest and love of the female hat style known as the open hood. I also do embroidery with particular interest in German brick stitch techniques.

I prefer the title Master, but it's cool if you forget and call me Mistress instead.
