Sarafina Sinclair is a Scottish noblewoman (decendant from the Earl of Orkney) in the court of Elizabeth I. (That's about as detailed as my persona gets).

I very specifically enjoy the clothing from 1565-1580. I call it the early Elizabethan period. There is something about that time that draws me in. I am interested in all facets of Elizabethan culture and have been expanding my research to discover more about the people than what they wore. I am going for total immersion in to the culture and I'm always looking for new info and sources.

Lately, I've been delving into the clothing that regular "working" women wore, as it is infinitely easier to chase my toddler around in an outfit that doesn't require a farthingale.

I am happy to talk about or help with clothing from any era, so please don't hesitate to contact me for help.
